I am an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Currently training individuals and teaching group fitness strength and hiit based classes.
I believe that because our everyday lives are not linear, our workouts shouldn’t be either. I am all for diverse movements to improve fitness, prevent injury, and create a better mind-body connection.
My overall goal is to help people live fuller lives. If we’re going to be sixty, eighty or even a hundred years old I want myself and my clients to still enjoy the independence health can bring.
