About Me

I am a New York City transplant originally from New Hampshire. Currently, I am training and working as both a dancer and a fitness instructor. Recently, I launched my own group fitness class, “Sweat Sessions”. These classes are designed to help dancers prevent and recover from injuries as well as to prepare them for the challenges of live theater. My goal is to dance as long as I can and I want to help make that possible for others as well. In pursuit of my own performance career, I continue to train and perform after having earned my BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University. I try to diversify my training as much as possible to be able to pull from all styles.
